I recently wrecked my knee. The pain was intense, and I could hardly walk. Nick quickly diagnosed my injury and gave me a combination of treatments including cupping, acupuncture, and the application of elastic K-Tape. This got me walking OK and then two subsequent visits dealt to the niggling pains that persisted. If you look up this injury on the dreaded internet it can tell you that this injury can take up to 6 months to heal if left without any treatment. Any powerful pain killers like ibuprofen knocks you around so this is much better by getting to the root cause of the problem. I can thoroughly recommend Nick in his pleasant and relaxing room in the heart of Matakana village.

Nick has a well developed skill and ability to pinpoint an area of my body which has become stressed and to realign it so that I gain ease of movement. He has helped me recognise patterns of use which put my body under stress, such as posture at the computer and how to counter it so that I am able to work more effectively without pain building up. Now when I realise my body is starting to get out of balance I book an appointment for a tune up. This means I am no longer injuring myself and can keep my body and energy functioning at a higher level. I enjoy his calm focus and high skill level and always leave an appointment feeling lighter and brighter.
